Itinerary

Driving to Qalai Khumb. Overnight in a guest house near a small river.

Driving to Khorog (8 hours, 360km). Lunch in Qalot chaykhana. Accommodation in Lal hotel. Sightseeing in the city.

Trip to Bulunkul village. Stop for lunch in "Jelondi". Arrival and accommodation in guest houses. Stay overnight in guest houses.

After breakfast in Karakul, we drive toward the lake Karakul - a 25 km diameter lake within a rather large 52 km impact crater. Also today we will drive and cross the second highest road in the world, the highest point of which is called Ak-Baital - 4655 meters above the sea level. After reaching Karakul, we do small hiking along the shore of the lake beffore we have dinner. Overnight in homestay.

Today we drive to the Madiyan hamlet, where we will swim in the hotspring. But before that, we will drive off-road and visit Shorkul lake and Rangkul lake. A nice place for taking photo of the lake with the reflection of the mountains in it. You will also see indian geese swimming in the lake. Driving towards the Madiyan and swimming in the hotspring.

Trip to "Jartigumbaz". Arrival, laying tents and accommodation. Walk around the area, visit hot springs. Stay overnight in tents and hotels.

Trip to "Langar" via Zorkul reserve. Arrival. Accommodation in guest houses. Visit petroglyphs. Stay overnight in "Langar".

Trip to "Bibi-Fotima" hot spring. Visiting on the way the Buddhist temple and the "Museum of the Muboraki Vakhoni". Accommodation in the guest houses. Stay overnight in "Yamchun".

Trip to "Garmchashma" and Khorog. Accommodation in the hotel. A walk, visiting museum and other interesting places. Rest.

Trip to "Kalai Khumb". Arrival, accommodation in guest houses.

Arrival in Dushanbe. Accommodation in the hotel. A walk and rest.

Drop-off to the airport. Flight home.
