Garmchashma hotspring is a hot mineral water spring, located in Ishkashim region of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, on the altitude of 2,325 m above the sea level. The water is muddy from limy deposits with and contains balls of calcium.
The water contains iron, aluminum, magnesium, strontium, fluorine and other elements. It is also rich in hydrogen sulfide, silicon acid and carbonic acid.
The water yields good results in curing some diseases of cardiovascular and nervous system, locomotor apparatus as well as skin and gynecologic diseases.
It is recommended to have bath in the water not more than 15 minutes. Using soap is not allowed. Before entering into the pool, you should clean your body with running shower at the pool.
