Description
This is a short two-day tour, which is designed especially for visiting the Jizew village of Bartang valley. In some guidebooks and internet people refer to the village as Jiseu, Jisev. The tour starts from Khorog town and finishes after one day in Khorog. You will be dropped with a car to the starting point of the trekking, which is a bridge over the Bartang river. The distance from the river to the village is 8 km and takes 2.5- 3 hours. You will reach Jizew village at the lunch time and have lunch in a guesthouse. After the lunch you will do hiking around the village and as far as you can. The next day you will also do the hiking in the village and then should be at the guesthouse at 13:00 for the dinner. After lunch you will do trekking back to the bridge, where the cars will pick you up and drives you back to Khorog

Itinerary
You will be picked up from Khorog at 8 am at the Chorbogh - Khorog Central Park. The cars will drop you to the starting point of the trekking (they will go back to Yemts and come to pick you up the next day). The distance from the bridge to Jizew is 8 km and takes 2.5-3 hours. After having lunch at the guesthouse, you will be doing hiking around the village and visit the local people. Overnight in a homestay.
After having breakfast, the guide will take you for hiking off the village. Lunch will be taken as picnic and will be given to you in the morning. Above the Jizew village, there are some lakes, from where Rawmeddara take its source. You can do hiking till the first lake and come back to Jizew. Then you can go back to the bridge where your cars will pick you up and drives you back to Khorog.
